The Lineage of Heirs
The Heirs of Maodo: Guardians of the Spiritual Heritage
The work of Mawlaya El Hadji Malick Sy (rta) did not end with him in 1922. It was carried on by a lineage of exceptional men: his sons and his disciples. While the official leadership of the brotherhood (the Caliphate) followed a specific line, each heir, whether or not they acceded to the throne of Khadra, was a vigilant guardian of the temple of knowledge.

An Unbroken Spiritual Chain
From Maodo to the present day, the transmission of Baraka (spiritual grace) has continued without interruption. Each Khalife has been a link in a chain that goes back to Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) through Sheikh Ahmed Tijani.
This continuity is the guarantee of the authenticity of the path and faithfulness to the original teaching.
